There is a correlation between EI and our wellbeing. What happens when we are annoyed or frustrated with a peer, leader of friend? We may lash out, or hold onto those feelings. In turn we may become resentful or withdrawn.

When we are connected to our emotions and recognise the feelings, we have a better understanding of how to deal with them and next steps.
