Payment and Discounts
Payment is due in full at the time of registration through our “Book Now” page.
Your registration is regarded as a firm booking and cannot be cancelled.
In order to receive the “early bird” discount, payment must be received before the cut-off date. Only one discount or offer is allowable per transaction.
You may substitute your place with a colleague, so long as we receive their information in writing, no less than 5 working days before the date of the conference.
Please note that registration for the conference does not include accommodation. You will be provided with details of available rooms and costs as soon as we receive payment.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for registrations once payment has been received. We do, however, accept tickets transfers so long as we receive written warning of this as least 5 working days prior to the event.
In the event we are obliged to cancel or postpone the event, we will offer you a ticket of the same value to a future event.
Oculus Creative Learning accepts no responsibility for events that must be cancelled or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen event such as a natural disasters or an act of God or any other events that prohibits the training from running. (Please note that a “fortuitous event” shall include, but not be limited to, war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or any other emergency.)
Oculus Creative Learning also reserves the right to change speakers/trainers or parts of the content in case circumstances beyond our control, necessitate this. We assure you these will always be kept to a minimum and any changes will be communicated to you as soon as they become necessary.
As stated above, should an event need to be rescheduled, all ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled, or future, event (provided the value of the ticket is the same).
